There are good (direct) bus connections to Janské Lázně from Prague, Hradec Králové/Pardubice and from Trutnov, of course. The nearest railway station is Svoboda nad Úpou, 3.5 kilometers from Jánské Lázně.

Janské Lázně can also be reached by car, however, please note that bad weather may cause difficulties and that equipment for winter driving (e.g. snow chains) may be needed in that case.
