Title: Optimal Quantum State Determination by Mutually Unbiased Measurements
Abstract: The problem of optimal quantum state determination leads to definition of mutually unbiased bases (MUB). The existence of $N+1$ MUB has been proven for vector spaces of dimension $N$ equal to a prime or a power of prime, for other dimensions it remains unclear whether $N+1$ MUB can exist. A connection between the existence of $N+1$ MUB for $N$ prime and Pauli group and group $SL(2,Z_N)$ will be shown.
